Your free trial

Every new organization starts on a 14-day trial with no card required, with everything switched on — including the parts that cost extra — so you can judge the whole product rather than a sample. When the trial ends, add a payment method to carry on; until you do, the account is limited.

What you pay for

There are no plans to choose between. Your bill is three things added together: €9.99 for each person, whatever each of your sites switches on, and any add-ons bought once for the company. The full price list is public at hbcfield.com/pricing, where you can also work out your own bill.

Subscribing

From Billing, check out securely — the subscription is built from what your organization already has, so there is nothing to configure twice. You can enter a VAT ID (UID) at checkout: for cross-border EU business customers this applies the reverse-charge, so VAT is handled correctly.

Managing your subscription

The customer portal (opened from Billing) lets you:

• Update your card and billing details.
• Download invoices and receipts.
• Cancel (access stays active until the end of the period you have paid for).

Changing things mid-month

Adding or removing people, or switching a module on or off, adjusts your bill automatically and is prorated to the day. The difference is applied to your next invoice rather than charged separately, so a busy month of changes does not become a stream of small payments.

Billing is monthly. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — HBCField never sees or stores your card number.
