How our per-seat pricing works — office seats and field seats.
HBCField is priced per seat, and a seat's type is decided by how a person works — not by a manual setting.
Two seat types
- Office seat — anyone with web access (including you, the admin owner). Priced by plan tier: Starter €29 / Professional €59 / Business €99 per office seat per month.
- Field seat — a mobile-only technician. A flat €19 per field seat per month, on every tier.
Annual billing gives you two months free (monthly × 10 per year).
Seats follow access, automatically
Because a seat's type comes from a person's access profile, flipping someone between web and mobile re-classifies their seat automatically — you never manage seat counts by hand. Adding or removing people adjusts your next invoice with proration.
What the tiers unlock
Each tier is cumulative — every plan includes everything below it. In short:
- Starter — tasks, subtasks, checklists, attachments, GPS tracking, attendance, service reports.
- Professional — adds custom fields, dependencies, recurring tasks, overtime and invoicing.
- Business — adds sprints, epics, phases, story points, custom workflows and audit log.
- Enterprise — everything, on a custom contract.
